Here it is. One of the commenters thinks I'm misreading this season, and there ARE good polarizing teams. Am I crazy?

Josh - I think you are right on. This year's teams (other than the likeability of the cowboys) can best be discribed with indifference. There really isn't anything that draws you to care one way or any if any of the teams win. I even found myself telling my wife during the show last night that while I hated the brothers early on, I'd rather they stay around (over Steve and Allie) because at least they drop the occasionally interesting moment. Much like with Joe and Heidi, I think the powers that be with CBS were anticipaing certain "personalities", but they have simply failed to pan out.

I've found a lot to like about this season...love the cowboys, like the brothers, liked Jeff & Jordan, roll my eyes at the detectives, and can't stand Brent & Caite. Some of the challenges have been fun, too, although there are always some that aren't so memorable.

I literally like this season. I literally don't think it's the teams so much as the challenges that haven't been as interesting as they have been in the past. The cowboys and the cops are literally the only teams worth rooting for although Lou's impending investigation kind of casts a shadow on his team.

I loved when Mike said they were were representing law enforcement around the world a couple of episodes ago, meanwhile Lou was hacking up a lung from crawling through mud earlier. HIlarious stuff. And the cowboys are just likable guys.

Literally still a fun show to watch!
